Unhappy dissatisfied

Im am a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. I placed an order on November 20, 2021, its been 20 days, I havent heard one word about my order. Nothing not that it was being shipped. Just says when they get the parts together..What does that mean?
How long am I expected to wait? Until next Christmas? I check the website, no status update! Wtf is going on?
I wouldnt be so upset if I got a frequent email updating the status from someone who works there. I do business too, I do every bit of what I say Im going to do when I make a business contract for money!!! I dont make excuses, I do the work, get it done! I want my parts shipped ASAP or I want all my money completely refunded!!!
I will go as far as needed until I get the results Im looking for! There are other places that sell the same merchandise as you.
I will go somewhere else with my money. Ive already spent thousands and have thousands more to spend..

Broke toy
I have bought a 4x4 wltoys truck 12428 and within a week the receiver went bad, so I ordered a new which took months to get here installed it but now the transmitter and receiver don't won't to bind pair whatever you call it, I looked on internet YouTube but all has failed can anyone tell me show me through video how to pair this toy?

Same issue, with 12428 AND 12429. From what I have found, theres no way to bind this reciever with your existing transmitter - there MUST be a way - but I cant find one.
I gave up and bought a cheap FlySky controller ($32w/receiver) and extra receivers ($11ea). Yes, that means replacing all electronics, but only around $30 per car. Now, they are absolutely amazing. So mechanically, theyre great.
Swap the electronics with CHEAP pro-grade stuff and theyre incredible. Also for the 12428, I would suggest larger, softer tires.
Get some 1:10 scale crawler tires. Also,make sure to put a heat sink WITH FAN on the motor, or itll go out next.
